Service and Messaging Terms

Service requests

Submitting an online request asks ONTIME Towing & Recovery LLC to review the requested service. Submission alone does not confirm dispatch, availability, price, route, or arrival time. Immediate or unsafe roadside situations should be reported by phone and, when appropriate, to emergency services.

Authorization

You represent that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and locations provided. ONTIME provides customer-authorized towing and roadside assistance and may decline work that cannot be performed safely, legally, or with available equipment.

Pricing and payment

Charges depend on the work performed, mileage, vehicle, timing, equipment, access, recovery conditions, storage, and approved additional services. Final charges are shown on an itemized invoice or receipt. Payments may be processed securely by Square under its own terms.

Communications

When you provide contact information, ONTIME may contact you about the requested service. If you check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages concerning confirmations, dispatch, driver status, invoices, receipts, and service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, vehicle, pickup, and destination information; disclose known hazards or vehicle conditions; remain available for dispatch questions; and secure personal property before transport. Delays or additional work caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may affect service and price.

Google Maps

Address suggestions and route calculations use Google Maps. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
