Privacy Policy

ONTIME Towing & Recovery LLC uses customer information to respond to requested towing, roadside assistance, recovery, transportation, billing, and customer-service needs.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, vehicle information, pickup and destination addresses, requested service time, job notes, photographs submitted as part of a service record, payment status, and communications relating to a service request. Drivers may approve a one-time location check to calculate mileage to pickup. Raw driver coordinates are not stored, continuously tracked, or shown to customers.

How we use information

We use information to review and dispatch service requests, communicate job status, calculate routes and mileage, document vehicle condition, prepare invoices and receipts, process payments, provide support, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, routing, email, text messaging, file storage, and payment processing. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. Payment-card information is entered directly into Square and is not stored by this website.

Address suggestions and routing

When you type in the pickup or destination field, your search text is sent to Google Maps to provide address suggestions. Selected addresses are used for your service request and mileage calculation. Google processes these searches under its Privacy Policy. You can also enter an address manually.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we may send transactional messages about your service request, including confirmation, dispatch, driver, invoice, receipt, and review messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We retain service records only as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, insurance, dispute handling, safety, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your contact information or request deletion when retention is not required by law or legitimate business needs. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
